7.      Make a note of what all you are eating perday and count the callories intake cut off some item that make you feel bigger.
8.      Make sure to believe in your self. It means no body is perfect or ugly but every one have unique and special in some way.

You can made your own juice at home. And it is so much cheaper than buying it at the store. How to Juice : 1.Firstly you prepare your fruit Wash all the fruit ( apple, plum, pear etc ) then prepare it to go into a large pot 2. Cut all ingredient into a couple of pieces or several pieces. 3. Put your chopped fruit into a large stock pot and add about a cup of water. Bring it slowly to a boil. Slowly is the key. 4. Bring it to a boil and boil for about 5 minutes. Then turn off the heat or put this mixture through the strainer several times. It depends on how clear the juice. Or you can mix with juicer or blender for maximum juice. 5. Serve your juice Depending on the type of juice, you may need to dilute it with water after you defrost it. Here is another great way to serve fruit juice rather than using water, use club soda and enjoy it. You can add a little sugar for sweetest.
