How to be happy

Happiness is hopes many people, but not everyone succeeds. Happiness is something that your feelings like sadness ,angry etc . So where does most of our happiness come from? Yes of course, depends on our personality., our mindset, the habits we practice and the way we live each day.
I want myself happier and  along the way I learned many things, one of them is how to be happy. In this article , I will share about how to be happy


Researchers have found that more than half happiness depends on things that are actually under our control. That’s really good because it means everyone can be happier.
1.      Talking with your friends of course friend who know you, who understands you very well and who can support you and help you whenever you need
2.      Avoid negativeness
Stop thinking only bad things, try to be a person who has optimist. Avoid negative topics for discussing. It makes you depressed and not happy at all.Optimisme doesn’t deny the reality of challenges, but it interorets how you approach them differently. ‘’Blind optimism isn’t any healthier than pessimism
3.      Don’t worry about what may happen tomorrow and it doesn’t happen, you have worried in vain. Even if it does happen. Trust to your God that God will help you
4.      Get rid of your ego. Your ego hates you and wants to keep you apart from other people.
5.      Spend quality time with your family each day
6.      Have a plan for each day. Get the most out of the hours you are going to work so that you can get the most out of the hours outside of work
7.      Have empathy but don’t pity people
8.      Forgive people
9.      Don’t think that its too late. Its never too late
10.  Do things for other. Helping other people is not only good for them but it also good for us. It makes us happier and can help improve our health..
11.  Take care of your body. Our body and mind are connected. You can go to saloon or something like massage.It can make you fresh body and mind. It is also way how to make you happy.
12.  Explore your hometown. Open your eyes and see many interesting places. Takes photo and make something funny with that.Buy something that you want also makes you happy
13.  Do something spontaneous. When that day rolls around, do whatever pops into your heads, it could be watching movie, climbing , etc
14.  Take time to relax. Whether it’s a pampering session once a week , beside that Manage stress by prioritizing and doing what’s more important  promptly.Practice deep breathing, exercising and getting enough rest.
15.   The last is heal past traumas. If you find your self consistenly feeling down or upset, you might have some underlying issues from your past holding you back in the present.

Being happy often means finding satisfaction, feeling joyful and sensing that your life is meaningfull
