Juicing for weight loss
Do you wanna slimmy? Of course, most of women wanna lose their weight.. There are many different ways to lose weight. One of them by juicing for weight loss.
You can prepare a vegetable juices or fruit juices. The versality of them means that you may even find some juice combination that you like so losing weight with a glass of juice have to be boring.
Juice Recipe for Weight loss:
1. Papaya Passion
Ingredient :
a 1 medium papaya
b. 5 pitted dates
c. 1 red apple
Wash all ingredient, blend everything well until smooth and serve fresh.
2. Strawberry delight
Ingredient :
a. 4-8 strawberries
b. 8-10 dates
c. 1-2 banana
Wash all ingredients, cut into small pieces. Blend together and serve in a tall glass.
Drinking a glass of vegetable juice or fruit juice or both of combination before each meal can help curb your appetite,at the same time juicing will allow your body to absorb all the nutrient you need from your vegetable and fruit. if you choose the ingredients with some care.A combination of various juices provides a number of vitamins, minerals, enzymes and phytochemical. So plan which juice you want to have at what times of the day and enjoy the multitude of benefits that they offer.
